Making Your Own Binaural Tones :o

When making your own binaural tone, you mainly need knowledge. Through my articles and blog I will try and give you as much information as I can, but always keep your eyes and ears open for other information.

When you listen to a specific tone for a specific time you will get into a specific state. It is important to get the exact tone and timeline correct to achieve maximal effect.  This is allready done when you buy a binaural tone, but when you start to make them yourself it is highly recommended to first do the proper research. You don’t want to listen to a tone and end up with a headache now would you?

A quick overview of the different waves and their functions:

> 40 Hz – Gamma waves – Higher mental activity, including perception, problem solving, fear, and consciousness.

13-40 Hz – Beta waves – Active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration, arousal, cognition.

7-13 Hz – Alpha waves – Relaxation (while awake), pre-sleep and pre-wake drowsiness.

4-7 Hz – Theta waves – Dreams, deep meditation, REM sleep.

< 4 Hz – Delta waves – Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness.

Once you know the basics and have listened to many different types of binaural tones, you have to start creating your own binaural tones. This can be quite challenging. If you have just started venturing in the binaural world then don’t worry about this yet. First enjoy the results of a few binaural tones, you can pick them up from here.

Good Luck

In my experience with brainwave entrainment and binaural beats (and isochronic tones) I am beginning to wonder if there is a possibility that some conditions are more conducive for allowing binaural beats and brainwave entrainment sessions to be more effective.

For example some individuals experience profound results and experiences after a few minutes into a binaural beat session, whereas someone else may listen to a session day after day and nothing seems to be happening.

It makes me wonder if some people already have a conditioned, receptive mind that is more susceptible to binaural beats (and other forms of entrainment), and others have a different mind and binaural beats don’t seem to be effective for them, at least not right away.

I don’t know this for certain but if you are already experienced in meditation, or have had other refinements of mind, and perhaps eat a healthy diet, and are a mentally calm and focused person, or you may be into energy healing, or a psychic, or have an interest in spirituality, higher consciousness, yoga and have already done dome work in thinning our your ego etc., then it is possible the etheric layering between you and the etheric or even astral worlds is much thinner than the average person who has a yet solid barrier.

I am wondering if someone who is more “prepared” so to speak will have a better chance benefiting from binaural beats than someone who has not done much as far as mental/spiritual preparation work, although for them maybe the binaural beats will be just the thing to get them started as, after awhile, low theta and elta sessions start to bring up unconscious stuff that is causing the wall and needs to be cleared before they can experience the higher refinement???
